We moved into our home 3 years ago. You could tell the yard had never been maintained properly and was in serious need of some T.L.C. There were dips/low levels throughout the entire yard, grass was super patchy, and whenever it rained, our yard turned into a literal pool. All attempts at trying to resolve these issues on our own were an epic FAIL! We contacted Dave & Dan’s in the Spring 2019 to get an idea of what would need to be done to fix these issues and get an estimate. Dan came by to scope out the property. Very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable picking his brain to ask him any and all questions. We did in fact shop around a bit but by early Summer, my husband and I decided Dave & Dan’s was the best route and the best priced (not to mention the best reviews both via internet AND word of mouth!) The massive project of grading/leveling/sodding began first week of July. Weather was definitely NOT on our side as we had a few heavy downpours during the process which delayed the timeframe AND resulted in a delay in laying down sod (which then died and had to be removed/replaced). I had tons of questions throughout the process as well and never once did I feel as if I couldn t reach out to Dan. Again, very knowledgeable, honest, and always took the time to explain things to me in full detail to ensure I felt at ease with any concerns. I’m BEYOND excited to report that our yard is absolutely GORGEOUS. All low areas are leveled, the sod looks amazing, green, thick, healthy. They even arranged our stepping stones as a walkway from our entry gate, leading into the yard, AND arranged all sprinklers. We had an intense thunderstorm last night and I woke up this morning fearing the worst, since we re so used to the water build up in the yard. There was NOTHING. No puddles anywhere! Walked the entire yard to check it out, no pooling, nothing. Last month, even just a light rain would cause water to pool. I cannot thank these guys enough for the hard work and dedication they’ve all put into turning our backyard into a masterpiece. It was definitely tough and the weather didn t make it any easier! We ll be using Dave & Dan’s on the regular now for lawn/yard maintenance. Wouldn t go with anyone else. THANK YOU ALL!

Dan was great and still is, hired them for spring cleaning and maintenance going forward. I had some big time spring cleaning needed as I bought my house over the fall and it seems like the yard was not cleaned in years. Dan had to install mulching, completely remove some tree stumps, trim bushes and hedges. Yard completely transformed in a single day. They will also be maintaining my yard all year round. Pricing was reasonable as compared to others, they also provided advise on what to do, being that I didn’t know much about landscaping (moved from NYC). Would highly recommend.

Dave & Dan’s Landscape installed a sprinkler system and sod, I changed my mind on just sod. They said 2 days and it actually took 2 days. They came in and graded my property installed the sprinkler system and sod all in the same day. The next day they finished up. I hired them for my full time landscapers. Polite, professional, and promptly done….the 3 “P’s” I require when working with a company. I am so pleased I cannot stress that enough and 1 project that left me stress free.
